How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Most orders are processed & shipped from our studio within 2-5 business days of receipt of payment. Business days do not include weekends or US Federal Holidays.
After your order is confirmed during checkout, you will automatically receive an order number indicating that we have received your request. Once your package is ready for shipping, you'll receive another email with a tracking number, notifying you that the package is in route to you.
High-volume situations (e.g. holidays or sale promotions) will require a longer turn-around time and the website header will reflect current processing times.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is available with every order. You can track your order by signing into your account on our website or by clicking the link in the shipping confirmation email you received. Please note: Once a package is shipped, we have no control over how long it takes to be received. The current COVID-19 global pandemic has placed unprecedented strain on shipping companies and as such there may be delays.
Why is my cart for CBD items separate from all other items?
Due to compliance rules, we have a separate check-out for our CBD products. Don't worry! All of our CBD products come with free shipping so if you order from both sides of our store, the products will be shipped to you in one package.
I selected the incorrect item! Can I make changes to my order once it has placed?
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes are possible. Feel free to contact us with your concern within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate any changes, inventory permitting. Please note: no refunds will be issued for exchanging to an item of lesser value.
My product melted during shipping and now my jar is half full! What can I do?
Our body butters are water-free and whipped so therefore during warmer months or when shipping to warm places (75+ degrees), there is a potential for body butters to melt in transit. You can place the body butter in the refrigerator to harden it up. It will now have more of a balm consistency but the skin-nourishing properties and effectiveness remain the same. Remember, a little bit goes a long way!
What is Madame Jo Artisan Skin Care’s policy on refunds, returns, and exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, and for quality control purposes we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Please note that all sales are final and are not subject to return. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at info@madamejos.com within five (5) business days from the date you receive your order. Include your full name, order number, and detail on the incorrect or damaged item. We welcome every opportunity to make it right.
If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order less the shipping cost. If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be a shipping fee accessed.
Does Madame Jo Artisan Skin Care offer free samples?
Occasionally we will include a free sample with your order, only if our inventory permits. We cannot accommodate special requests for samples & do not provide free samples outside of purchase.
Does Madame Jo Artisan Skin Care ship internationally?
International shipping is available at check out. Madame Jo Artisan Skin Care cannot estimate and is not responsible for any import tariffs assessed by the buyer's country.
