Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Our shipping options are:
USPS Priority Shipping: 2-4 business days from ship date (not order date)
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days from ship date
UPS 2nd Day Air (+Freezer pack)
UPS Ground: 2-5 business days from ship date
Due to the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic, shipping transit times may be longer regardless of which option is selected. Please use the tracking link sent in your email to get the most accurate and up to date information on the status of your items. After we have shipped your item, we have no further control over how long it takes to arrive.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping is available for orders of $75 or more.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@madamejos.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Due to the sensitive nature and to ensure the quality of our products, we do not accept returns.
Please inspect your order upon reception. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@madamejos.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
